β€’ Develop, curate, and maintain a library of high-quality content, including functional documentation, technical guides, FAQs, and process documents. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation of features and releases. β€’ Manage and continuously update content repositories, ensuring accessibility and version control. β€’ Partner with internal teams to understand training needs and deliver customized enablement sessions for crowd and delivery teams. β€’ Conduct live and recorded seminars or webinars to ensure alignment on product updates, best practices, and key processes. β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for disseminating product knowledge across internal teams. β€’ Own the creation and delivery of release notes, ensuring they are clear, actionable, and targeted to the appropriate audience. β€’ Develop associated functional documents for new features, updates, and changes, ensuring users have the tools to effectively implement updates. β€’ Organize and lead training sessions on new features, processes, or best practices. β€’ Provide hands-on workshops to help teams understand the implications of product changes on their day-to-day workflows. β€’ Oversee the creation, maintenance, and publication of technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 3+ years in product marketing, technical writing, or enablement roles, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment. β€’ Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly. β€’ Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. β€’ Proficiency with content management tools and platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, or similar). β€’ Familiarity with software release cycles and technical documentation standards. β€’ Strong presentation skills and comfort delivering training to diverse audiences.
