🎯 Requirements
• You don’t just communicate - you connect. • You’re experienced in internal team management, with a knack for understanding and interpreting their needs, providing clear solutions, and nurturing productive, long-term relationships • Advanced English proficiency and communication skills both in speaking and writing • You are comfortable and enjoy speaking with Australian clients • Either was a Debt Collector or an Accountant • Has relevant certification or higher qualification in Accounting & Bookkeeping • Ideally, 3 years of experience handling international standards accounting experience • Solid understanding of all aspects of payroll processing and management in Xero • Good-to-have: Experience in Full BAS reconciliation and lodgment • Knowledge of Company compliance management • Essentials: Has a personal working laptop or desktop computer • Has a reliable internet speed (At least 30 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed)
