Requirements

• 6+ years of increasing responsibility and leadership, with related SaaS/Software/Tech transfer pricing experience. • Strong technical knowledge of US and International transfer pricing laws and regulations. • Experience in transfer pricing issues faced by multinational technology companies such as acquisitions, IP integration, and cost sharing. • CPA, JD, or MS are highly preferred. • Must be a hands-on, roll-up your sleeves type that enjoys a fast-paced environment. • NetSuite experience a strong plus. • Public accounting experience, preferably Big 4 or large National firm. • Make It, Make it Matter.
