Description

• As a project coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Program leadership team on Apply's largest account, contributing to the seamless execution and administration of various project-related tasks and initiatives. • You will work closely with the Program leadership team on the largest account within Apply to support project coordination and administration, including Resource Allocation, Tool Management, Project Assessment, Reconciliation of Expenses & more. • You will be given the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of project management all while showcasing your eagerness to learn. • You will provide information and assistance to team members on processes while ensuring the team is compliant to the processes and procedures. • You will build dashboards and reconciliation spreadsheets to report project and budget progress. • Foster a one-team mindset, actively monitor team morale and support with resolution.

Requirements

• 0-2 years in a relevant role • Minimal Project Management knowledge • Proficient in Excel development. Google Suite preferred • You demonstrable good communication skills, critical thinking, creative problem solving, and willingness to take on complex challenges • You have the direction on what work to do, the sequence of that work and templates to guide their work • You carefully follow directions with high attention to detail while also promptly asking for help when needed • You are curious and want to grow into the project management discipline. • You are proactive • A can-do attitude, a passion for digital products and the resilience to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment • A good dose of humility and positivity to drive your relentless pursuit of excellence!
