• Manage multiple client engagements and/or accounts directly and in an oversight capacity, helping to guide the deliverables and mitigate risks/issues whenever they arise. • Cultivate and lead the growth of client business by providing senior-level consulting, identifying and recommending new opportunities. • Independently set and define detailed strategy approaches to deliver digital business transformation, ecosystem, and product experience strategy. • Develop and adapt frameworks, and ensure the use of data and insights to inform well-justified recommendations for the client's business products and services. • Create compelling presentations that bring insights to life, and facilitate workshops to engage and inspire clients and stakeholders. • Provide oversight and guidance to team members as they execute work across client projects to ensure deliverables maintain the highest quality and optimal outcomes for both our clients and our team members. • Help to grow existing accounts by proactively generating net new opportunities. • Contribute to business development pitches and strategy estimates helping to define scopes of work for all types of strategy engagements, including ambiguous requests. • Facilitate optimal team casting for new projects by keeping a pulse on the development, strengths, and interests of individuals on the strategy team. • Provide leadership and mentorship to more junior members on the Strategy team; help guide the growth of their careers by way of dedicated coaching and career planning. • Partner with the Head of Strategy to continuously lead and evolve the Strategy Team’s practice and methodologies, and step in for Head of Strategy when needed.
• 10+ years of experience in a strategy / digital experience design role. • 3+ years of experience in a consulting or agency company, in a people management role. • MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in-related field is an asset. • Strong experience in digital and customer experience strategy. • Strong experience in research (primary and secondary) as well as workshop design and facilitation. • Strong experience working directly with and influencing clients. • Understanding of / exposure to technology solutions, platforms, applications, etc. that enable digital experiences a bonus. • Excellent data analysis and research skills. • Excellent communication skills. • The resilience to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment. • Collaborative spirit; team player. • Initiative; able to juggle multiple projects at once. • Comfortable working in hybrid and distributed teams across multiple time zones. • Experience working for or with global and enterprise companies.
