• Experience in developing and implementing content strategies for consumer brands gained in an agency or company. • Strong understanding of customer retention strategies and best practices. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Excellent and structured writing skills with impeccable grammar. • Openness to generating new and creative content ideas. • Analytical mindset for interpreting data and drawing insights. • Proficiency in working with Mailchimp. • In-depth understanding of communication platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. • Ability to collaborate effectively with an international team. • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. • Capability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.
