🎯 Requirements
•At least 3 years of experience as a Producer, Product Owner, or Lead Game Designer (preferably in genres such as Idle Tycoon, Idle RPG, RPG Battlers, 4x Strategy, Farms, Tower Defense) •Deep understanding of system game design and monetization principles •Experience working with analytics •Extensive knowledge of the mobile gaming market •Ability to communicate vision and convey ideas effectively •Strong negotiation skills with partners and studios •Positive attitude towards receiving, acting on, and providing feedback •English proficiency at B2 level or higher
