• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or consulting environment • Experience working with sales and marketing data, understanding their metrics, KPIs, processes, and functionalities to derive insights and drive revenue growth effectively • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or native reporting in CRM/Marketing automation tools • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision-making • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving
