📋 Description
• The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in streamlining and supporting the Legal, Finance, and Order Entry functions company-wide. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Legal, Finance, and Order Entry requests. • Comprehensive records management for customers and vendors. • Management of incoming mail, including review, distribution, and filing. • Support corporate governance tasks, including coordinating contract signatures.

• Experience with legal documents and contracts, finance processes, and tools • Experience working with SaaS companies • Experience working with large enterprise customers • Comfortable working in a remote work environment • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) • Exceptional organizational skills • Project coordination and management abilities • Customer service mindset • The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities • Experience with CLM tools (preferred)
