•Apptegy partners with school districts to simplify communication, elevate their brand, and empower every role in their organization. •We build our products and features to make everyone in a school community better communicators. •Joining Apptegy is your opportunity to be on a high-performing team and contribute to our growth and your own. •We are seeking a Team Lead, DevOps with expertise in AWS to lead a high-performing team of engineers, drive infrastructure excellence, and enhance our CI/CD and cloud operations. •This role requires a strong technical foundation in AWS cloud environments, automation, and DevOps best practices.

🎯 Requirements

•2+ years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience. •5+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying scalable infrastructure solutions, with a strong focus on AWS. •Deep expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS, EKS, etc.). •Thrives in a high-autonomy, fast-paced environment balancing tactical and strategic priorities. •Deep understanding of agile methodologies/mindset and experience facilitating agile ceremonies. •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer focus. •Passion for quality, security, and operational excellence.
