📋 Description

• At Carrum, we live and breathe the mission of transforming the healthcare system. • The Senior Manager, DevOps Engineering is essential for ensuring the delivery of our next generation infrastructure. • Act as a hands-on people manager, facilitator of agile ceremonies and technical mentor for our small but mighty DevOps team. • Be a leader and expert on our cloud-based infrastructure platform that powers Carrum Health. • Interested in staying hands-on and take ownership of the code you develop and release your work product frequently into the production environment. • Work with a diverse group of people from a wide variety of backgrounds that value inclusion and openness. • Channel your inner product manager through gathering requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with Terraform, multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS & Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and/or site reliability engineering • 3+ years of experience working with container orchestration tools (e.g. ECS, EKS) • 2+ years people management experience • Previous experience scaling platforms on AWS & Azure • Experience in hiring, managing and optimizing delivery of full-time employees, contractors and vendors • Expertise in implementing DevOps culture • Experienced in designing monitoring solutions around cloud infrastructure management • A passion for working with Engineering teams • You are motivated by identifying and prioritizing problems • You enjoy coaching up and learning from Engineering partners • You have interpersonal skills and are organized, empathetic, persistent, and curious • Experience in the healthcare space or another highly-regulated industry • You work in an iterative mindset • Expertise in rolling out AI-based solutions
