Description

• Customer Success Design Architects play a key role in designing and driving customer onboarding • You will gather critical information to design AppViewX solutions for customers' cryptographic asset management • Collaborate with our Customer Success Managers and Implementation Architects to address technical challenges • Run adoption workshops to Coach Customers on the AppViewX Product usage • Identify new use cases as part of account growth/renewal strategy • Use your experiences working with customers to provide feedback on how we can improve the Product • Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in a technical architectural design role • Minimum 4 years’ experience in customer-facing technical roles • Minimum 1 year experience in a senior role • Domain knowledge on PKI, SSH, DNS, Active Directory, ADCS, CRL, OCSP, and associated cryptographic standards • Experience with Certificate Life Cycle management/operations • Experience with PKI implementation processes • Experience with PKI integrations, Certificate Authorities, MS Intune, SCEP, other enrollment practices • Hands on experience with Kubernetes • Linux command line/ Windows server management • Apache, IIS - application expertise • Load balancers – F5/AVI/NetScaler • Salesforce/JIRA/ServiceNow • CISSP / CISM / CISA is preferred • Excellent organization, troubleshooting, problem solving, deployment and multitasking skills • Worked and interacted with F500 organizations • Creating complex technical designs and diagrams using diagram and vector graphics applications • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills
