β’ Ability to troubleshoot/triage activity routing and optimization issues. β’ Experience with end-point system configuration for integration with CIS, Asset Management, Line Locate, or other third-party systems via Middleware or point to point platforms. β’ Good understanding of application configuration specializing in service management, resource management, and scheduling/routing. β’ Business understanding of the value, benefits, and functional capabilities of Field Work solutions as part of overall Meter-to-Cash business processes. β’ Experience working with Meter-to-Cash business processes as well as projects involving integration of Field Service applications with other utility enterprise applications and customer-facing initiatives. β’ Ability to work independently in a client environment. β’ Understanding of design and development principles.
