Description

• Architect Blue Yonder solutions for implementation and optimization. • Provide expert consulting, technical guidance, and hands-on support. • Lead product consulting sessions with clients. • Configure Blue Yonder solutions to ensure optimal functionality. • Provide technical support for RF devices and printers. • Collaborate with client teams to manage project expectations. • Conduct assessments of customer business needs and design solutions. • Assist customers with testing activities and documentation. • Collaborate with development for enhancements or customizations. • Facilitate end-user training sessions for Blue Yonder applications. • Provide go-live operations support for system stability. • Guide business users on application operation and administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of Extensive experience with Blue Yonder/JDA/Red Prairie supply chain software systems, both from a functional and technical perspective. • Strong proficiency in SQL Server and Oracle databases, with the ability to write complex queries and troubleshoot database issues. • Proven experience in documenting process flows, operational procedures, and technical specifications. • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and UNIX. • Proficiency in programming languages and tools, including XML/HTML, MOCA, Python/Perl, Visual Studio, and Visual Basic. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
