Description
• MinIO is the fastest growing object store on the market. • Seeking a Field Architect/Partner Engineer. • Focused on working directly with partners. • Validate and optimize MinIO solutions. • Act as a trusted technical advisor. • Hands-on Engineering and deployment efforts. • Validate solutions against partner hardware and software platforms. • Perform benchmarking to optimize performance. • Collaborate with customers to ensure success. • Provide troubleshooting support for partner issues. • Deliver technical training sessions. • Gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
• Technical Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of storage systems, cloud architectures, and distributed computing. Experience with Kubernetes, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. • Hands-on Benchmarking Skills: Demonstrated experience with performance benchmarking (hardware and software) in storage solutions or similar platforms. • Programming Knowledge: Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) and infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). • Networking & Security: Strong understanding of networking, security, and performance tuning in complex environments. • Problem Solving: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, particularly in distributed systems and storage infrastructure. • Communication Skills: Strong ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Customer/Partner Facing: Experience working directly with partners or customers in a hands-on capacity, aligning technical solutions with their needs.
