Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field. • 4+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering and building data pipelines, with a strong focus on healthcare data, including EMR and claims data. • Experience with machine learning model development and deployment is a plus. • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL. • Expertise in data pipeline tools (e.g., Airflow, Data Fusion) and big data technologies (e.g., BigQuery). • Familiarity with GCP and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) is highly desirable. • Knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and terminologies (e.g., ICD-10, SNOMED CT) is a strong plus. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex data challenges. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • A strong passion for leveraging data and machine learning to make a positive impact on healthcare.
