β€’ Actively collaborate with leaders and HR business partners across the organization for all job evaluations and compensation reviews β€’ Conduct compensation modeling, salary benchmarking data, pricing projects, internal and external pay equity and wage compression analysis, FLSA reviews and modeling to determine the financial impact of compensation related recommendations β€’ Responsible for timely review and approval requisition, position and compensation submissions within Workday β€’ Support administration and conduct analysis of annual pay planning processes β€’ Conduct compensation analysis and modeling for HR integration projects β€’ Lead all annual compensation surveys, perform survey job matching, and conduct ad-hoc benchmarking and market research as needed to ensure market competitiveness. β€’ Maintain and support on-going job architecture analysis β€’ Evaluate new and existing business processes within Workday

Requirements

β€’ Bachelors Degree in HR or related field β€’ 3 - 5+ years of demonstrated compensation experience with salary modeling, compensation planning, compensation prevailing practice, incentive/bonus plan design, and/or compensation analytics. β€’ Proven experience with salary planning tools, job evaluation techniques, and market trends β€’ Extensive knowledge of Workday and Compensation tools β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint β€’ Ability to present and deliver messages to executives and senior management β€’ Professional certification related to compensation such as Certified Compensation Professional CCP, preferred.
