Description
• Design, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee their implementation • Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs and behavior therapists • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure continuity and progress • Utilize evidence-based practices and data analysis to track client outcomes
Requirements
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing • Experience in behavior analysis and working with individuals with autism • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
