Description

• The Revenue Cycle Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting Talkiatry’s financial health, by analyzing and optimizing all aspects of the revenue cycle • This position involves collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement • The analyst will work closely with finance, operations, and RCM leadership to ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and efficient operations • About Talkiatry: Talkiatry transforms psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care • We provide patients with the care they need—and allow psychiatrists to focus on why they got into medicine

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred • 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, or a related field • Proficiency with EHR systems, billing software, and data analysis tools • Able to code in SQL for data querying and analysis • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools, and reporting software • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights • In-depth knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, collections, and compliance • Understanding of healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and industry standards
