• Drive strategic growth in the Web3 space; • Identify valuable acquisition targets in blockchain and DeFi; • Facilitate M&A transactions between DAOs and partners; • Conduct market research and financial analysis; • Contribute to M&A strategy; • Develop deal pipeline; • Support fundraising efforts; • Build relationships with key Web3 stakeholders;

Requirements

• Experience in M&A / Venture Capital (strong plus); • Strong analytical skills with experience in deal analysis; • Active involvement and investment experience in Web3 and DeFi; • Extensive network within the crypto ecosystem, including founders, DAOs, and institutional investors; • Excellent understanding of blockchain technology and crypto markets; • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, STEM, or related field; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership of projects, identify problems, and formulate solutions independently; • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams; • Native/fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
