Description

•The Junior Events & Marketing Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of Aptem’s calendar of virtual and in-person events (UK), while providing generalist marketing support to the team to deliver on the wider marketing plan. •The successful candidate will help us to plan and deliver a calendar of virtual and in-person events for our customers and prospective customers, while providing generalist marketing support to the team. •This role will be remote-first, working from home, with occasional visits to our London office in Camden for team meetings and attendance at events.

Requirements

•Work with marketing colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure that events are executed effectively and to the highest standard. •End-to end management of events: •Contributing to the events calendar. •Developing content and liaising with speakers/presenters. •Managing branded assets and giveaways. •Event promotion via social, email, website. •Guest list management and communications. •On-the-day event management. •Post-event activities to maximise ROI. •Continuous improvement – making recommendations to help drive efficiencies and quality output. •Supporting the marketing team and other stakeholders with generalist marketing activities – including but not limited to website updates, email communications, social content, asset creation (brochures, videos, case studies, and more), CRM management, sales enablement, and analysis of marketing campaigns.
