📋 Description
• As part of Aptos’ ‘10x Ecosystem’ vision for 2025, the Aptos Foundation is launching a hands-on accelerator designed to propel high-potential projects from ‘1 to 10.’ • As a Marketing Manager, you will work closely with accelerator projects to craft compelling narratives, execute high-impact marketing campaigns, and build strong communities. • Act as a bridge between projects, Aptos’ marketing ecosystem, and external agencies. • Reports to the Aptos Foundation. • End-to-End Marketing Strategy for Accelerator Projects, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Strategic Partnerships & Growth, Campaign Optimization & Tracking, Marketing Best Practices.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years in growth, product, community, or brand marketing, preferably within Web3, crypto, or early-stage technology startups. • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns, influencer engagement strategies, and GTM activations. • Ability to work effectively with global founders, agencies, media partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to drive successful marketing outcomes. • Deep understanding of Web3 marketing dynamics, social growth strategies (Twitter, Discord, Telegram), and influencer marketing. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
