β€’ Provide ongoing support to exchange partners β€’ Assist partners in integration and use of Aptos protocol and network β€’ Collaborate on ecosystem and growth campaigns β€’ Implement new programs for partners β€’ Assist in inquiries for engineering, marketing, and business development efforts β€’ Establish internal goals for partner integration and growth β€’ Track partner milestones and integration results β€’ Create training courses and educational materials β€’ Promote new Aptos products and services for network projects β€’ Review partner communications and improve partner experience β€’ Communicate partner updates to wider Aptos team and identify engagement opportunities

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of experience working in account management or customer success at high-growth technology companies β€’ Ability to understand and interpret commercial agreements β€’ Experience in promoting value through customer and partner experience β€’ Fluency in English and Mandarin languages β€’ In-depth knowledge and experience in Web3 businesses β€’ Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills β€’ Technical skills related to Aptos protocol and network integration β€’ Accountability and personal organization β€’ Strong market knowledge of blockchain & crypto industry
