• Account Executive will sell into net new accounts and manage client relationships. • Create and execute a proactive sales strategy for public housing solutions. • Engage clients and foster consultative relationships to drive sales. • Lead the RFP response process, including product demonstrations. • Attend trade shows to build customer rapport and represent the brand. • Exceed sales quota and maintain sales data for reports. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• 3+ years of software sales, client management and/or software support experience required. • Experience in government sales, the RFP process, and/or public housing, affordable housing or related areas is strongly preferred. • Ability to comprehend, disseminate, update, and respond to detailed RFPs for new business opportunities and existing customers. • Responsibilities include sales account management through implementation and go-live. • Experience presenting business proposals, negotiating opportunities, and structuring deals to software users and decision makers. • Excellent communication and people skills with internal and external customers. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience. • Initiative-taking, entrepreneurial, and competitive individual, who is always looking for the next sales opportunity. • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, experience utilizing CRM program and tools. • Fluency in English required; fluency in Spanish is a plus. • Ability to travel up to 20% for building client relationships and supporting sales efforts.
