📋 Description
• Serve as key liaison between customers and internal teams. • Provide training, implementing and providing technical support to HFA clients. • Leverage domain knowledge to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). • Act as single point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. • Work closely with Client Services Manager, Product Manager, and Development team to improve solutions. • Identify areas for knowledge sharing and create documentation, videos, and webinars. • Build relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and increase engagement.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in Bond Finance, Banking, and/or corporate Accounting/Finance. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Experience with government financing is preferred. • Experience with data analysis and software support, training, or implementation is preferred. • Experience with helpdesk/ticketing platforms is a plus.
