Description

• Review incoming customer requests for accuracy • Input orders into our database • Dispatch assignments to the appropriate vendors • Source new vendors for expanded coverage • Generate status reports for pending assignments • Answer customer questions and manage escalations • Communicate status updates throughout the lifecycle of client orders • Develop and improve internal systems for tracking orders • Manage service of process caseload • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, sales, and billing teams • Update and maintain multiple databases of client information • Create and review status reports • Identify, recommend, and implement workflow and product improvements • Establish and monitor department KPIs • Proactively research ways to improve workflows • Assist with day-to-day operations including client data management

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation support experience • Strong familiarity with Service of Process in California • Deep understanding of state and federal laws related to process serving • Extensive experience working with process servers and legal support vendors • Ability to think outside the box to effectuate service of process • Experience eFiling documents with LegalConnect, GreenFiling or other eFiling portals • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all organizational levels • Ability to manage highly detailed processes efficiently • Desire to work with a fast-paced and quickly growing tech start-up • Demonstrated understanding of the current California eFiling landscape
