Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Multifamily Housing • Knowledgeable in allocation and compliance processes for LIHTC - Section 42, HUD HOME, and state housing programs • Experience with software support, training, or implementation • Exposure to a helpdesk or ticketing system • Empathetic, customer-focused, and solutions-driven • Highly organized, independent self-starter • Professional communication skills including translating complex processes to nontechnical audiences
