β€’ Communicate with clients via email and phone to understand their preferences and needs β€’ Plan and book all aspects of the trip including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities β€’ Research and provide clients with information about destinations, attractions, and visa requirements β€’ Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate the best deals for our clients β€’ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the travel landscape β€’ Create detailed itineraries and travel documents for clients β€’ Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire process β€’ Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the trip and provide prompt solutions β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business

Requirements

β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively β€’ Proficient in using booking systems and Microsoft Office β€’ Detail-oriented and able to handle and organize large amounts of information β€’ Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations and client needs β€’ High school diploma or equivalent β€’ Passionate about helping others have memorable experiences
