• Looking for a service-oriented position in a passionate, collaborative team? • As the Client Service Specialist, you’ll be responsible for uncovering clients’ needs and solving problems by customizing the software setup. • You’ll field technical and customer service-related questions via phone, email and Zendesk. • You’ll join a talented, dedicated, international team, passionate about doing meaningful work and building extraordinary products that people love. • Specific responsibilities include building long-term relationships with churches and nonprofits, utilizing Zendesk to track all work and communication, beta testing new features, and more.

• A service-focused mentality and approach. • A love for talking to people and building relationships. • Demonstrated patience, and a passion for teaching people new skills. • The ability to problem solve and learn new technology easily. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • A desire to exceed expectations and grow professionally. • A quiet workspace for phone calls and meetings.
