Requirements
Minimum 3 years of project management experience. • Minimum 1 year of CRM implementation project management experience. • Willing to learn new technologies and methodologies to help meet the customer’s needs. • Experience working with fully remote and globally distributed teams. • Excellent communication skills, both client and internal facing. • Detail-oriented and self-starter with a passion for learning. • Ability to lead without authority and work effectively in a team in a fast-paced environment. • Hospitality industry experience. • Familiarity with PMS Interfaces, Hapi Cloud Data Platform, Salesforce, and Marketing Cloud solutions. • Preferred location: Chicago or Baltimore.
