• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Project Manager to oversee the management of global employment disputes and litigation cases handled by external counsel. • This pivotal role will involve strategizing and implementing project management principles tailored specifically to global employment disputes and litigation processes to ensure effective and efficient resolution of cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field; a Juris Doctorate or equivalent is highly preferred. • Proven experience in legal project management, specifically with a focus on litigation, preferably employment litigation. • Strong understanding of the litigation and other dispute resolution processes and experience managing cases through various stages of dispute resolution, preferably under both common and civil law systems. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders coming from various legal and business operations backgrounds. • Proficiency in using legal project management tools and software. • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and take initiatives to create new processes and implement on new ideas. • Writes and speaks fluent English.
