Description

• We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our Advertising Area. • Work directly with digital designers, outside vendors, client teams, and clients to route advertising and other creative from conception through approval. • Do a thorough and detailed review of creative to ensure it incorporates all direction, feedback, and is within our clients' brand guidelines. • Use our internal task management systems to manage teams to meet all deadlines. • Develop and maintain internal processes to improve the creative process that are focused on efficiency and high quality work. • Maintain M+R’s creative portfolio and our internal database of creative examples/inspiration. • Handle basic creative edits and management tasks within advertising and other platforms, for example making simple copy edits in Photoshop. • Do your part to help us run smoothly, including carefully tracking all of your hours.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of creative project management experience with a focus on digital production and digital design. • Basic Photoshop proficiency: you can make minor changes, such as text edits. • Experience working with others to implement processes, systems, and tools that increase accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency. • Able to manage up and across to secure what you need to get the job done.
