📋 Description

• Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance • Keep track of all issues raised by clients for our cloud solutions and take ownerships until issues are resolved • Assign work to different teams • Lead daily meetings to ensure issues are on track to be resolved • Inform management of any delays in fixing issues • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors • Lead projects from requirements through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation • Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget • Establish and maintain communication with clients, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes • Be able to work with other departments such as account management, support, engineers, management, etc. • Measure project performance using systems, tools and techniques • Create and maintain a comprehensive project management plan

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a project manager in the information technology sector • Excellent communication skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong working knowledge of project management tools
