Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer acquisition and management services for new community solar portfolios are launched seamlessly • Monitor and communicate project progress, risks, and issues • Work cross-functionally with managers of each department • Lead preparation of reports and updates on project performance for internal and external stakeholders • Challenge existing ways of working and continuously seek ways to improve collaboration and coordination • Implement lessons learned from each portfolio launch to optimize future workflows and processes • Serve as the point of contact for all project-related communications

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in driving process optimization, using Lean/Agile tools and methodologies • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI) • Proven experience in reducing steps, eliminating waste, and improving processes in a growth-oriented environment • Commitment to continuous improvement and to enabling a process-minded organization • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment • Ability to influence and guide teams, even in a matrixed organization, towards achieving common goals • Enthusiastic, positive, and team-oriented
