Description

• The R-CUBED Oracle Project Manager will perform a lead role on multiple engagements and project teams in the execution of our organization’s Oracle Cloud/EBS initiatives. • Activities include the developing of project artifacts, RACI expectations, project budget & ETC/EAC reporting, change management, and overall project execution to drive successful engagements across all R-CUBED’s services. • This role may also play a key role in the development & continuous improvement of R-CUBED methodologies. • The Oracle Project Manager may support sales in assisting with opportunity scope & approach definition, identification of business objectives, demonstrating program execution acumen and developing and presenting detailed project & resource plans.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Oracle EBS/Cloud implementation and optimization experience as the engagement’s Project Manager. • At least 5 years of experience implementing ERP projects for clients across multiple industries. • Experience in Oracle Cloud and EBS application suites required. • Experience in all aspects of project lifecycle; proficient comprehension of project management methodologies; genuine commitment to project environment and discipline. • Capable of communicating in a concise and well-structured. • Exemplary documentation capability being true to the R-CUBED brand standard. • Ability to resolve conflicts/issues prior to escalation with an ability to tactfully escalate internally and externally when appropriate. • Strong ability to present critical thinking, options, decision paths & impacts, and resolutions to all project team levels and users. • Experience with Agile and other project management methodologies. • Strong problem solving, facilitation, and presentation skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree in relevant major or experience equivalency.
