Description

• Responsible for assisting with the design, development, and maintenance of software or systems. • Gives technical advice to small through Enterprise-size clients using Argano’s professional services and solutions. • Leader on implementation team on complex projects, ensuring adhering to schedule and scope. • Solid understanding of consulting concepts and can work independently on medium to large-sized projects or work streams. • Assists in the design and implementation of technical solutions and heavily participates in the analysis/design phase. • Develops user requirements and determines best business/technical solutions to meet those needs. • Ensures successful implementation of results by participating in or leading users in system testing, development/presentation of training, and planning/execution of data conversions. • Travel up to 25% required to client sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field. • Relevant coursework or certifications in programming or software development. • 8+ years of Technical Consultant experience or in related field. • Experience implementing Zilliant CPQ software and integrations or administering Zilliant CPQ systems. • Experience developing technical solutions leveraging version control and adherence to life cycle management best practices for code promotion. • Previous work experience with programming, coding and/or software development. • Capability to gather, understand, and implement project requirements effectively. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and collaborative coding workflows. • Proficiency in documenting business requirements that are complete, detailed, and easy to read and understand by the customer and team members configuring the platform. • Experience leading an implementation team to complete tasks in a given timeline, assisting other team members with their tasks and providing guidance, as needed. • Experience implementing Zilliant CPQ on medium to large-size projects or acting as administrator for a Zilliant CPQ site. • Experience editing or creating Jaspersoft reports/documents. • Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, is essential for collaborating with team members and conveying findings to clients. Proficient in English. • Ability to ask great questions to understand the root of the customer’s needs and requests.
