📋 Description

• Oversee the strategic direction, execution, and delivery of program and project management services across the SAP Business Unit. • Ensure that all projects adhere to client agreements, meet expected quality standards, and are delivered on time and within budget. • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement across the SAP Business Unit. • Develop and implement the PMO strategy in alignment with the company's goals. • Establish and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and tools. • Lead the development of project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. • Understand SAP Activate implementation methodology and how best to apply it to ensure delivery success. • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. • Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure effective resource allocation. • Collaborate with executive leadership to understand strategic priorities and project requirements. • Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management. • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensures satisfaction with project outcomes. • Lead and mentor a team of project managers and support staff. • Provide guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development. • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the PMO, across the business unit, and across Argano.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in project management • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and programs including at least 5 full life cycle SAP S4 implementations • 5+ years of people management experience including leading large teams with multiple direct and indirect reports • Experience managing on and offshore teams for delivery success • Demonstrated experience leading project management function. • In-depth experience in financial and budget management • Experience developing and implementing a strategic vision in alignment with the organization's objectives. • Deep experience of SAP Activate Methodology as well as other implementation methodologies.
