Description

• A Lead Consultant at Argano is a highly experienced professional in the consulting family responsible for managing mid to large size client engagements and contributing to the growth and development of the consulting practice. • The Oracle Cloud Financial Consultant will focus on guiding and assisting clients through all phases of an Oracle Cloud Financials implementation. • The successful candidate will have completed three or more end-to-end implementations in Oracle Cloud Financials. • They provide expert advice, guidance, and solutions related to technology to businesses and organizations. • Their goal is to help clients optimize their technology infrastructure, processes, and strategies to achieve their business objectives more efficiently and effectively. • Lead consultants work with security, data management, crisis management and should demonstrate exceptional knowledge of technology to deliver quality work that will drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc. • MBA, relevant master's degree or PhD. • Minimum 10 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades • Experience with one or more of the following modules: • General Ledger • Account Receivables • Account Payables • Fixed Assets • Accounting Hub • Advance Collections and Credits • Cash Management • Expenses • Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of procurement ERP solutions. • Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements • Wide range of accounting experiences such as Chart of accounts redesign, proven financial reporting experience and MultiOrg / Multi Currency experience. • Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments. • Prior experience leading or managing projects. • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills • High commitment to exceed performance expectations. • Ability to write functional specification based on user requirements. • Senior enough to be able to independently handle client expectations. • Professional approach when dealing with internal and external customers. • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances. • Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Willingness to travel as needed. • Preferred consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level is required. • Previous experience working in IT companies. • In-depth knowledge of the technologies and systems relevant.
