📋 Description
• We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Developer who is proficient in both English and Spanish to join our team. • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with a track record of 3-5 successful full-cycle implementations as a developer. • The candidate will be responsible for working closely with clients and internal teams to design, develop, and maintain customizations within the Oracle HCM system, ensuring seamless and efficient user experience. • Knowledge and experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is also essential for handling integrations with third-party applications and systems.
🎯 Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Developer. • At least 3 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations as a developer. • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integrations and process automation. • Strong proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. • In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Recruiting. • Strong development skills in Oracle PL/SQL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and Web Services. • Experience with integrations, custom reports, and system configurations. • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
