📋 Description
• Design and develop cloud-based software applications. • Gather client’s functional business requirements and implement Oracle cloud solutions. • Identify design gaps and develop solutions to meet client needs. • Configure the Oracle Cloud environment to meet client requirements while documenting and configuring payroll settings. • Design and document technical objects such as interfaces, fast formulas and reports. • Manage the scope of the project and client expectations for the payroll module. • Identify project risks and communicate effectively with the project team. • Understand, identify, and communicate cross-module impacts. • Support clients in executing test scripts to ensure the solution meets business requirements. • Provide expert guidance on multiple projects, ensuring quality work. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients. • Participate in internal forums for training, teamwork, issue resolution, and innovative design.
🎯 Requirements
• Must have a Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field of study plus two (2) years of IT experience. • In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field of study, plus at least five (5) years of post-degree, progressively responsible IT experience. • Certification: Oracle Payroll Cloud Certified Implementation Professional • demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Database, Oracle Cloud BI, MySQL, Oracle PL/SQL and Jira.
