📋 Description

• A Lead Consultant at Argano is a highly experienced professional in the consulting family responsible for providing solution leadership to mid-to-large client engagements and contributing to the growth and development of the consulting practice. • The ideal candidate will be a consummate professional who can thrive in an upbeat and innovative environment and collaborate with clients to deliver a state-of-the-art solution. • The individual will excel at delivering high quality service and cutting-edge solutions to Argano clients in the Oracle community. • The Oracle Cloud PDH Lead Consultant will focus on guiding and assisting clients through all phases of Oracle PDH Cloud implementation. • The successful candidate will have completed three successful Oracle Cloud implementations with a leading role as the PDH subject matter expert and lead. • An Oracle Cloud PDH Consultant is responsible for the overall Enterprise Cloud solution for his area throughout all phases of the implementation. • This individual will identify and apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles. • They provide expert advice, guidance, and solutions related to technology to businesses and organizations. • Their goal is to help clients optimize their technology infrastructure, processes, and strategies to achieve their business objectives more efficiently and effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years of experience in solution design for Oracle PDH cloud implementations. • Expert level experience as an Oracle PDH Lead implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud implementation projects and upgrades. • Knowledgeable and experienced with Web Services and the use of Oracle Cloud delivered Web Services (SOAP & REST) is preferred • Expert consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of Oracle PDH solutions. • Understanding of best practices product lifecycle management processes and/or new product development/introduction process requirements • Expert level experience in Oracle Product Data Hub with a good understanding of how attributes in PDH impact various functional areas in the following key Oracle Cloud Applications: • Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements. • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills. • High commitment to exceed performance expectations. • Ability to write functional specification based on user requirements. • Senior enough to be able to independently handle client expectations. • Professional approach when dealing with internal and external customers. • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances. • Willingness to travel as needed. • Preferred consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level is required.
