Description
• Serve as the Project Manager/Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams. • Lead and manage either one or multiple projects simultaneously. • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables based on the SOW (Statement of Work). • Maintain and manage a Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet. • Assemble project teams, assign tasks, and manage resources. • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders. • Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards. • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
• 5 to 10 years' experience in project management. • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Project Manager • Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams. • Experience in software development, IT, or technology-related projects is preferred. • Experience with project risk assessment and mitigation strategies. • Experience in conducting quality reviews and implementing corrective actions. • Project management software knowledge such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, etc. • Previous experience in IT industries and with ERP and/or CRM technology platforms.
