Description

• Coordinate all processes and phases of the project management lifecycle. • Execute implementation project plan and timelines with a heightened focus on timeliness, accuracy, and seamless communication. • Enable appropriate cross-functional team communications. Assist in planning activities to identify, mitigate, and manage risks and dependencies. • Monitor day-to-day project health and ensure work is progressing as planned and within the budget. • Coordinate and manage project activities, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. • Liaise with stakeholders, project teams, and management to ensure effective communication and coordination of project activities. • Develop project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource allocation. • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report on project status to project stakeholders. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery. • Provide administrative support to the IT Project Manager/Sr IT Project Manager, including scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and maintaining project documentation. • Ensure compliance with project management standards and guidelines. • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 3-5 years of experience in IT project management or coordination. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Agile methodologies. • Experience in process improvement and change management. • Ability to travel up to 25%.
