Description

• Argano is seeking a Sr. Consultant to be a part of our Sales Performance Management team. • You will be involved directly with clients and responsible for delivering quality work on mid-size to large client projects. • Manage mid to large size consulting projects. • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements. • Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas where technology can drive improvements and efficiencies. • Lead client facing meetings. • Collaborate closely with team leaders and specialists in solution design. • Configure ICM system to meet requirement needs. • Design and implement data extract/transform/load strategies. • Coordinate quality assurance and testing phases of projects. • Collaborate with clients to assess readiness and plan for system roll-out. • Assist Project Manager with supporting deployed projects. • Continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement or optimization. • Provide recommendations for updates, upgrades, or modifications as needed. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, solution designs, configurations, and any modifications made.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Software Engineering, Informational Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc. • 4+ years of experience in a software development or systems analyst role. • 3+ years of experience working with Sales Performance Management tools (ideally Varicent). • Comfortable with emerging technologies, learning new software, understanding a data model and an object model. • Experienced writing SQL queries, and writing design specifications. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Knowledge of software development & implementation life cycles. • Experience with major relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.). • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Informatica, JavaScript, XML, CSS, and HTML, BI Cognos reporting, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). (Nice to have). • Must have the ability to travel to the U.S. 5-10%.
