Description

• Take the lead in Argano's Oracle Business Unit by driving strategic partnerships, sales initiatives, and solution delivery in the Financial Services sector. • Collaborate with Oracle’s product teams, foster key client relationships, and position Argano as a preferred partner while supporting marketing and sales efforts to close new business. • Deliver exceptional client experiences through executive oversight on project engagements and steering committees.

Requirements

• Minimum ten years of recent experience in consultative services or business development, with at least five years managing top-tier alliances with a focus on the Financial Services industry. • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience. • Proven success in managing joint innovation with Oracle and building win-win alliance relationships. • Strong networking and influence management skills, with executive-level communication experience. • Effective management of complex projects and programs, delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to travel up to 50% as necessary. • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. • 10+ years of sales experience as a member of an Oracle software professional services pursuit team, with strong executive presence and excellent presentation skills. • Creative negotiation skills with a track record of exceptional sales win/achievement, preferably in cloud solutions. • Robust experience in cloud technology and understanding of top cloud providers. • Ability to work collaboratively across the organization and with external partners. • Strong focus on execution, with the drive to achieve results while delivering a great customer experience. • Enthusiastic, high-energy individual capable of inspiring customers and internal teams. • Experience partnering with Systems Integrators to align strategic project plans and business cases.
