Description

• Senior Project Manager for SAP solutions at Argano, orchestrating SAP initiatives for success. • Spearhead strategic alignment of SAP project goals, crafting comprehensive program plans. • Cultivate robust relationships with stakeholders, advising on SAP solutions. • Drive Go-To-Market strategy for SAP solutions, identifying new opportunities. • Serve as thought leader for SAP solutions, keeping abreast of trends. • Collaborate with Digital Enterprise Architects on digital strategies. • Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team for seamless execution of SAP projects. • Manage multiple SAP implementation and AMS projects from inception to delivery. • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the integrity of the program. • Navigate project scope and conclude programs effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. An MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred. • At least 8+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex full life cycle SAP projects. Experience across various industries and familiarity with ERP and CRM technology platforms are essential. • Industry certifications such as PMI, Prince2, etc., are highly valued. • A self-starter, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment and adept at multitasking. • Exceptional analytical, project management, and communication skills. • Hands-on previous experience managing APO/IBP engagement using the SAP methodology. • Experience with at least 5 full SAP implementations, including 2 SAP S/4HANA projects. • Must be able and willing to travel to customer sites up to 80% of the time
