• Welcome to Arbio – where innovation meets hospitality, and every day is an opportunity to redefine the way we experience travel! • Established in 2021, we specialize in revolutionizing short-term apartment rentals by integrating and expanding hospitality businesses. • Commitment to recognizing hard work led us to set new industry standards, expanding our exceptional property management services and creating a groundbreaking product. • Our secret weapon is our passionate team of hospitality and design enthusiasts dedicated to going that extra mile for realizing travelers' dreams. • Curate unique guest rooms across our cities, inviting our guests to immerse themselves in the local culture and create cherished memories, all while ensuring outstanding quality and customer experience. • With the ease of using technology and extra services, we provide our guests the freedom to tailor their trip to their preferences. • As our FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy, improving our financial/analytical capabilities, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and driving data-driven decision-making. • Conduct deviation analysis and collaborate closely with internal budget owners to optimize financial planning. • Prepare and analyze monthly reports on key financial metrics, such as Unit Economics and Cash Flow. • Regularly monitor and plan liquidity to ensure financial stability. • Supporting the accounting team with financial statements, reporting & compliance. • Drive the integration of new financial tools (such as Lucanet) and take ownership of financial processes to improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of FP&A experience in a high-growth startup, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or consulting. • Understanding in accounting and general business concepts • Experience with Lucanet is a big plus • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets for financial modeling and reporting. • A curious and proactive mindset—constantly questioning, digging deeper, and identifying opportunities for improvement. • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes chaotic startup environment. • Strong communication skills to translate financial insights into strategic actions for stakeholders. • A structured and results-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
