📋 Description

• Welcome to Arbio – where innovation meets hospitality • As our FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy • Conduct deviation analysis and collaborate closely with internal budget owners to optimize financial planning • Prepare and analyze monthly reports on key financial metrics, such as Unit Economics and Cash Flow • Regularly monitor and plan liquidity to ensure financial stability • Supporting the accounting team with financial statements, reporting & compliance • Drive the integration of new financial tools (such as Lucanet) and take ownership of financial processes to improve efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of FP&A experience in a high-growth startup, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or consulting • Understanding in accounting and general business concepts • Experience with Lucanet is a big plus • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets for financial modeling and reporting • A curious and proactive mindset—constantly questioning, digging deeper, and identifying opportunities for improvement • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes chaotic startup environment • Strong communication skills to translate financial insights into strategic actions for stakeholders • A structured and results-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes
