Description

• Be the voice of Arbitrum across various community channels • Cultivate connections with key community members, influencers, and developers • Maintain regular communication with ambassadors to keep them engaged and motivated • Develop and maintain resources for the community and ambassadors focusing on Web3 applications and technologies • Collaborate with community managers in specific regions to support community initiatives • Assist in planning and executing ambassador activities and events • Act as a liaison between the internal Ambassador Program team and external ambassadors • Review and evaluate proposals related to ambassador initiatives • Provide constructive feedback and support the implementation of approved proposals • Gather and analyze community sentiment

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Web3 Space • Previous experience in community management, customer support or as an ambassador, preferably in Web3 space • Familiar with Layer 1 and Layer 2 ecosystems • Strong record of active participation in Web3 communities • Familiarity with social media and content creation • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Preferably based in Asia time zones • Proficiency in English and another Asian language (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Bahasa, or Vietnamese) would be a plus
