• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university • 3-5 years experience in insurance, with experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, or quality assurance • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents, laws, and regulations • Strong writing skills and ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries and complaints • Proficiency in task management and tracking of key deadlines, and ability to make decisions, establish priorities, and set strategic directions • Self-starter who takes initiative to discern and solve problems and implement resolution independently • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
